We are thrilled to celebrate the resounding success of the HARMONIA COST Action in organizing Session AS3.43 (“Atmospheric aerosol measurements, modeling, and satellite product validation”) at the European Geosciences Union (EGU) General Assembly 2026!
The session was a fantastic hub for knowledge exchange, boasting an impressive scientific program:
🗣️ 10 Outstanding Oral Presentations
📊 19 Dynamic Poster Presentations
Beyond the excellent data and discussions on global aerosol harmonization, what truly defined this session was its vibrant spirit of inclusivity. We were incredibly proud to see a massive turnout of young researchers and early-career scientists. They brought fresh perspectives, innovative ideas, and boundless energy, proving once again that they truly represent the future of our global research community.
Fostering the next generation is at the core of our mission. To turn this commitment into action, the HARMONIA COST Action fully funded the participation of many of these young researchers, empowering them to present their work, network with international experts, and take center stage at EGU 2026.
Thank you to all the conveners, presenters, and attendees who made this session an unforgettable success! 🤝
