On 3-4 September 2026, the HARMONIA community gathered in Helsinki—with strong hybrid participation connecting colleagues across multiple countries both in person and online—for our final project meeting.

It was an extraordinarily productive two days! Together, we:

  • Finalized our work plan for the project’s final months to ensure all key deliverables, data homogenization goals, and stakeholder roadmaps reach maximum impact.

  • Reviewed recent milestones, including major joint publications and cross-institutional research initiatives.

  • Strategic planning for sustained knowledge exchange between academia, operational networks, and industrial partners.

What makes HARMONIA special isn’t just the data products or protocols—it’s the enduring scientific community we have built together.

The concrete collaborations, inter-network synergies, and professional relationships forged during this project will remain active for years to come. They establish a solid, unified foundation that will shape European aerosol research, remote sensing, and atmospheric observation well into the future. ☀️🛰️

Thank you to all partners, researchers, and participants for your unwavering dedication and collaborative spirit. The best is yet to come!
