HARMONIA Action proudly organizes a session at EMS 2024. This session is open for abstracts on all aspects related with aerosol measurements and their interactions with clouds and solar radiation.It includes measurement calibration techniques and satellite calibration validation studies. It includes, but is not limited to, contributions from the Harmonia Cost Action Community. More specific deals with:
– Aerosol measurement Harmonization activities and improvements
– Observations and measurement campaigns including the observation of optical properties of aerosols
– Radiative transfer in cloud-free and cloudy atmosphere including three-dimensional modeling aspects
– Validation of satellite products using ground-based observations
– Aerosol effects in solar energy production
